Unless you get out of your way to irritate someone with immigration connections, I would say the risk is pretty close to zero. It's much easier to crack down on people doing perpetual visa runs or companies hiring large numbers of Cambodians than it would be to monitor what exactly foreigners are doing in co-working spaces.
