Alarm goes off at 7:22 (for some reason the snooze uses 8 min intervals - so if I'm tired I'll have 1 snooze until 7:30 otherwise I'm straight up). Pee, puke (morning sickness), shower, get dressed, breakfast. I don't have any problems getting out of bed.
