It might make sense to check that for people handling large amounts of cash (could potentially be tempted to take it). I'm thinking this should only for people whose job involves handling large amounts of cash, like bank tellers, armored car drivers or casino employees. The checkout at Walmart or your local greasy spoon, not so much.
