i also love a good single malt. (I live in NJ, I have Bluegrass, 6-zones in my sprinkler system) About "Watering deeply and infrequently": I thought 30 minutes per zone, 2x/week accomplished that. Are you suggesting watering for 15 minutes and running through the zones 2x each time I water?
