I think scala is still young. A company that doesn't want to take that risk is probably right to do so.
As the language syntax will stabilize more and more companies will do that switch, it's just a matter of time.
- ryanobjc 12y agoMaybe, or maybe java8 will be good enough? Scala isn't inevitable in the long term. Not everyone wants all the insanity that Scala (currently) entails. I mean the long term roadmap admits the collection story needs improvement! As a user of those collections... about time!
