I usually wear nice jeans and a black t-shirt to work (but then, the CEO appears to be wearing bright orange shorts), but if somebody said tomorrow "jdpage, we need you to dress a little more professionally", then I will come in the next day with a full button-down shirt. I've never met a polo that's as comfortable as a decent button-down.
