They're using science as a noun. Think of it like "You're not allowed oxygen any more."
- mynewwork 12y agoWhich still sounds wrong to me. I'd expect "You're not allowed to breathe oxygen" or "You're not allowed to have oxygen". So I guess it's "allowed" which is being used in a way I'm unfamiliar with.
