From section 3.9:
"...some activities conducted by U.S Persons or activities taking place inside the United States, maybe an exercise of rights guaranteed by the First Amendment"
So you will be put on a punitive list even after the govt. itself clearly recognizes that you are only exercising your first amendment rights.
There is clearly something very wrong here...
- anigbrowl 12y agoThe very next sentence says 'Watchlisting an individual for engaging solely in constitutionally protected activities is prohibited.' The paragraph goes on to talk about the critical importance of considering information in its proper context, something you might want to work on yourself.
