There is not such a thing as a perfect company. There are companies that are more efficient than others. Not that big companies for example are "more efficient" because they are big enough. For example, Apple or Google pay very low taxes, because they could move, leaving lots of highly qualified people and technology behind. No state wants that, so they have negotiation power with gobertment, and they could pay lower taxes.
