Thanks a lot Jeff, Such a wonderful thought. Yes you are right, I would have a different plan which would cost upwards $99 to provide 24/7 and also have a resolution time as very less. I would add up the list of example fixes on what we can fix it for the subscription which would clearly help. You are right at present our site lacks it and we don't have the sample fixes though at present. Yes, definitely its always better to turn down $50 customer that will cost $500 for us :)
