Most self-help advice boils down to the author saying "be more like me." This is no exception.
- asdfologist 12y agoYour point? That's true of most advice in general. It's common sense that if something worked for one person, then perhaps it could work for another.
- elbear 12y agoThe difference is that this person actually backs his advice with some studies.
- woodchuck64 12y agoThis is the author saying be like me and become aware of the science of happiness. He provides a huge number of references to peer-reviewed studies. This is decidedly NOT like most self-help advice.
