I have a feeling the problem is jobs. What are the industrial jobs that will form the community's foundation? No jobs means nobody wants to move there.
- politician 12y agoPerhaps, but I think the problem actually might be "new wealth doesn't know how to invest". In other words, people who've come into the cities, earned some money, and now are wondering what to do with it.
