Even if your ISP made it one speed with one price, then you would shop around and find the best speed at the best price, which is why you would definitely want Net neutrality bc it leads to competition on the ISP's.
- graycat 12y agoAh, but an ISP for a consumer, instead of a business, commonly has a local monopoly so that I have only one choice for my ISP and can't "shop around".
