These URLs are hilariously and unnecessarily geeky. I'd prefer picking up a phone and dialing "dcurtis" or "edw519." That should ring all associated phones until the person is reached. If I want to only ring a certain phone, I'd dial "dcurtis.mobile" or "dcurtis.work". There's no reason the device should be attached to the dialing system. When I pick up a phone, I intend to speak to someone. The network should facilitate that.
