- belorn 12y agoI think its high likely that the UK high court judgment is based on the accusations made by the prosecutor, which, like I said previous, might have simply made no distinction between half-asleep and asleep. The distinction is less important when deciding arrest warrant, but still relevant when discussing the charges.
