Ask HN: Compiler testing: Do you know of any automatic test-case generator?

I am working on writing testcases for a new compiler that we are developing. (The compiler is not for C/C++). I would like to use a tool to automate this process...since most of the basic testing is about syntax and typos. Do you know any tool (free or paid) that automatically generates these tests when told how the syntax looks like (say using BNF format)
