- dubfan 12y agoI used to work in consumer service at Nintendo. On the very first day of training, the instructor made us listen to this call as a example of worst practices.
- steveax 12y agoIndeed. I think this must be karmic payback for how onerous the "process" of canceling an AOL account used to be.
