Can anyone confirm whether this is a portal 'in the cloud' or if it's simply a web server hosted on the Squink itself? Very cool project, I wonder if future iterations by competitors will drive the cost down.

Squink has a built-in web server. The goal is to ultimately also connect it to a portal in the cloud.

Ive been hands on with squink, it's running locally on a bbb at the moment.
