Indeed, at the first sign of any harassments, employees should be smart enough to protect themselves by starting to collect evidence that might help to build their case for a formal complaint or lawsuit.
The article mentioned that she was coerced to have "oral and digital sex", it should not be hard to produce transcripts of such harassment.
- dellsystem 12y agoI think you misunderstand what "oral and digital sex" means
- opendais 12y agoDigital as in finger(s), not as in online or something. So transcripts are probably impossible if the coercion was purely verbal.
