Thank you for the suggestion. I had never heard of the importance of magnesium and am definitely curious if it could help improve my procrastination and lack of focus.

The magnesium source in that brand is listed as "magnesium citrate/oxide." Citrate is great, but oxide is relatively useless as per the study I referenced. Without knowing the exact ratio of the two it's difficult to say whether that would be a quality source.
