It's great to see this here. I meant to try out patoline over a year ago but it wasn't quite ready. This prompts me to take another look. I do remember the devs being very approachable and helpful (which is big plus for me). I'd encourage the devs to put this in OPAM proper though. Having to add a remote seems like unnecessary friction. Having said that, it's not clear from the site what the current release is.
