Flexport helps companies import products from other countries. Our mission is to bring the world free trade through technology. We are a licensed customs brokerage and freight forwarder built around an online dashboard. We’ve reached product-market fit, with almost 500 customers signed up to use our platform to manage their imports. About the role: Flexport seeks a high-output writer and content creator to support our sales, marketing and customer services teams with relevant articles, infographics and sales content. You'll conduct independent research and interview industry experts to create articles that inform consumers about international trade. The topic is vast, so this has the potential to be a long term engagement. The ideal person for this role has an insatiable curiosity, strong attention to detail, and impeccable writing fundamentals. No prior knowledge of trade or logistics is needed - all requisite research materials, interview subjects, and example content will be provided.
