A well written PR piece, but no new insights here. Verizon feels it is not Verizon's job as an Internet service provider to provide adequate service to parts of the Internet that its customers are paying them to access. This wouldn't be a problem if broadband access were actually a competitive market - customers would simply switch to a provider that had taken the initiative to give its customers what they want.
