I'm sorry, but the plaintiff in this case nor her lawyer cannot possibly be technically capable of understanding what happens with Tor. Section 4.4 reveals this by saying: " The World Wide Web operates using web "browsers" ... to read a web-based programming language commonly known as HTML."
Will people never learn the difference between markup and programming?
