I agree with other posters that the graphs and supporting information could be improved, but underneath the presentation of the results, you've done a VERY good job avoiding the pitfalls most comparisons suffer. As this was mentioned in your intro and conclusion, it was clearly one of your goals. Nailed it. :-)
