Are you kidding? With this, I can more easily skip over those applicants with tons of Java and C++ development experience when I'm looking for a C# developer. No more wasting time on reading resumes with completely unrelated experience!
- korzun 12y agoWhy would I be kidding? You are just backing up my point that recruiters will use it to grab your data and filter you like a product. There is absolutely no benefit to you as an engineer. Quality / noise ratio is the issue here.
