So every single applicant that sends something in will have a discussion with someone one your team? And you find that time is a worthwhile investment?
- tptacek 12y agoWe hire at a faster tempo than a typical startup but slower than any big tech company, and the investment we put into recruiting has paid obvious dividends. We're looking for more ways to pour time into it, not less.
