The Console key is set to ~ in input.ini but doesn't appear to work on this build of UE4. Only option that's working for me is: -fullscreen -resx=1920 -resy=10

The Console key is set to ~ in input.ini but doesn't appear to work on this build of UE4. Only option that's working for me is:
-fullscreen -resx=1920 -resy=1080
