Thanks for the stats. That means the actual median income of $53,046 between 2008 - 2012 is about 10% lower than the median income 50 years ago, adjusted for inflation. I knew real income was lower over the past twenty years or so, but negative real income growth for the last 50 years is much worse than I thought.
