Any ideas how the whole thing will be implemented. The site only contains very generic information about it. How are the interviews going to be conducted ? What will be the different forms of interviews (as most companies have different forms and phases of interviews) ? How will the feedbacks be given ? Hope this just doesn't turn out to be just meeting place for anonymous interviewers and interviewees .
