American Immigration and American Healthcare are two of the most F*d up systems in an otherwise "developed" country.
The rank hostility with which the CBP treats visitors continually amazes me - having traveled to China, Japan, Australia, Most of Europe & South east Asia.
Is it the volume of people that arrive in US vs the smaller number of CBP officers available to process them that makes for such a system?
Or is it some training aspect or something else?
