I usually go back to the original source, and use something like http://fontprep.com/ http://fontprep.com/ or http://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator http://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator to subset and generate webfonts. But check the font license, some fonts don't allow you to do this.
