I do like the idea of employee's naming and shaming company bad practices, if they are founded. If it's baseless slander, such as this, then I think delete/ignore and move on. The author of this post should back up his/bher claims if s/he wants this to have any fair impact, otherwise s/he just looks like an angry child having a tantrum.
