- jksmith 17y agoBest advice: "If it floats, flies or fornicates, better to rent it than own it." I wonder how Dennis would feel about the fractional ownership model for each of those items.

- nandemo 17y agoActually, a very likely outcome of reading that book is that you give up the idea of getting rich. The book is good, though.
