Right. Android permissions are a kludge to work around an insecure OS API design.
- SnacksOnAPlane 12y agoHow do you mean? How do you tell a user that an app can be expected to use the camera or send SMS messages? Permissions make sense; you can't abstract away the fact that people want to know what an app can do.
