I'm currently punishing Facebook's constant SDK and API churn by avoiding them where possible. We should all do the same - their strategy is insane. Everything else you pointed out can be be safely ignored as an immediate concern. Focus on building a solid product. Your product. Make it simple, elegant and small. Don't go too far, or too fast. Don't read a single piece of news until you've got rid of all the issues in your current product.
