Seriously, interesting article. I can relate to many of the points (online payments, for instance). I'd put premature taxing of stock options at the head of the list - it's something the government could change at the drop of a hat, and it would change the whole landscape.

- te_chris 12y agoIt's not THAT bad here. I'm starting a new company and tossing up where to incorporate (Oz v. NZ) as one of the other partners is Australian and most of our sales will be in Australia. What's super annoying is how frustrating doing business between the two countries is, especially considering CER. Oh, and the payment thing straight sucks.
