That's a distinction worth noting. Monitored not for political leanings, but for membership in a violent organization.
- wuliwong 12y agoI don't think it is that important. The important issue is that they are suggesting that millions of USPS customer's mail is being monitored in this way. And certainly, they aren't all members of violent organizations.
- eli 12y agoELF isn't really an organization, there aren't really members and non-members. People did actions in the name of the organization, but I don't think there was much broader coordination.
