While it's an interesting approach that helps the founders by providing advice, no metrics doesn't do much for accountability. How do you ensure someone points out the digital elephant hiding in the Google Hangout room?

Of course we talk metrics, we just don't prepare them formally. And we don't have to because our dashboards are pretty much real time anyways (which we sometimes jump into through screen share).
