- schmichael 12y agoI don't think you read the article. You don't address his certificate issues. Your solution also requires writing a pom.xml which is non-trivial.
- Malus 12y agoMaven can generate one for you: mvn archetype:generate -DgroupId=com.mycompany.app -DartifactId=my-app -DarchetypeArtifactId=maven-archetype-quickstart -DinteractiveMode=false Which is not trivial I suppose, but it is pretty easy to do.
- exabrial 12y ago::head desk:: A pom.xml at least has a schema and tons of copy/paste examples. Every language sucks in it's own way.
- ossreality 12y agoThe cert issues are a packaging and Apple issue. Explicitly. I don't think it's fair to make the claim "java suxors" because Apple packages bad certs.
- fsdfweafwe 12y agoto be fair this wouldn't work unless you have assembly/shade plugin configured.
