- Shivetya 12y agoActually he sprang up from the Ben Franklin franchise store he first bought and learned a lesson the hard way, a short term lease is a great way to lose a location based business to an unscrupulous competitor or want to be competitor. Wal Mart was modeled on Meijer's idea of one stop shopping.
