- scrrr 12y agoThe world wide web. Off topic, but I think we tend to forget that most legislation affects websites. Nothing keeps you from writing your own version of DNS, your own protocol (who says it has to be HTTP) etc. That's the beauty of TCP/IP! :)
- toyg 12y agoThey'll just start writing laws regulating TCP/IP instead. They already do in China, after all. There is no technical answer to this sort of problems.
