That title looks like it was written by a Telco Lobbyist. Immediately it's made partisan (Democrats are regulating!), dire (unveils has a negative connotation), overbearing (forcing the FCC oh noes!), and incorrect (no such thing as an Internet "fast lane"). A better title could read: "Lawmakers Introduce bill to halt ISPs crippling Netflix-type Internet Services" It's no wonder we can't get anything done for good in Washington.
