So my advice will be be proud of yourself , the basic is not having charisma but make people thinking you have it. Learn things , works with people and interact with them. Find things that you like and work for free for peoples or associations. Also learn things , live fully, make experiences (as urbex you can do it by solo). Living extraordinary things will help you to get in touch with people, or people who share the same experience. Find hobby and share also. It will not be easy , but you will learn from your mistakes.
