Try and find an English Conversation Class. This is not the same as "normal" English classes (where you study from a textbook). In a conversation class, you are grouped (or paired) with people who are in a similar boat to yours, and you talk. Depending on the teacher, you will probably be given a topic to discuss. This is a great way for improving your language and social skills, because you're talking to real-life human beings. Conversing is (IMHO) the best way of learning a language. Good luck with it! And don't worry about being an introvert. It makes your social life a bit harder, but it's not a show stopper.
