These guys are not engineers trying to encourage organic innovation, R&D, agile development and progressive employment policies, nope. They are ruthless, iron-fisted, monopoly-seekers, and the culture of their companies (which it seems almost everyone in tech in Seattle works for or used to work for) reflects that.
