The US government don't seem to realize that this could equally well be used against them, for example another country where MS operates could file a warrant requiring that Microsoft handover US government files.
- Xylakant 12y agoChina immediately popped to my head: Large enough of a market to be interesting, eager to learn and a lot of US companies have operations there. Now that could turn out interesting...
- rayiner 12y agoNo, the U.S. government understands the situation isn't symmetric. It spends $700 billion a year ensuring asymmetry.
