You can compile it from source (assuming you have a go environment and set GOPATH properly):
$ sudo apt-get install libdevmapper-dev libsqlite3-dev btrfs-tools
$ go get -u github.com/dotcloud/docker/docker
docker will be in your $GOPATH/bin
