This has nothing to do with ideas. Some of it is the belief that you've spent time and money training someone, you don't want that person to work for a competitor.
- eli_gottlieb 12y agoOr in other words, you believe you own your employees' experience, implying you partly own your employees. Turns out capitalism eats even its own "I OWN MYSELF!!!111" axiom.
