Incidentally this is a good metric in hiring decisions. Anyone who has the time or interest to complete this survey is probably not the best fit. It would be like if you asked an interviewee what the like to read and they said Cosmo and Redbook. Now that I think about it, every time I see someone post one of those things I subconsciously lose a little respect for them. :-/
